Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and initiating the sales process.
Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and connect with potential clients
✅ Communicate with leads via calls & meetings
✅ Conduct product demos & presentations
✅ Provide basic technical support to clients
✅ Maintain strong relationships with customers
Qualifications:
– Excellent communication skills (Tamil, Sinhala a plus)
– Interest in software/ERP (training provided)
– Ability to explain technical concepts simply
Salary: Basic + Allowance + Target Bonus
