Position Title:* .NET WPF Developer Intern
Location: Amman Road, Nallur, Jaffna

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic .NET WPF Developer Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing and developing WPF desktop applications while working alongside experienced developers. If you are passionate about coding and eager to learn, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  1.  Learning and Development
    – Gain hands-on experience in developing desktop applications using *WPF* and *.NET Framework/Core*.
    – Work under the guidance of senior developers to understand project requirements and implementation.
  2. Application Development
    – Assist in designing and developing features for desktop applications using *WPF* and *C#*.
    – Collaborate in creating and maintaining reusable components, controls, and tools.
  3. UI Development
    – Develop user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces using *XAML*.
    – Ensure that UI designs align with the application’s functionality.
  4. Debugging and Maintenance
    – Identify and fix bugs under supervision.
    – Contribute to performance improvements and enhancements.
  5. Team Collaboration
    – Work closely with the development team and contribute ideas to improve code quality.
    – Participate in daily standups and team discussions to understand workflows and processes.

Qualifications

  • Required Skills:
    – Basic knowledge of *C#* and the *.NET Framework/Core*.
    – Understanding of *WPF* and UI development using *XAML*.
    – Familiarity with *object-oriented programming* principles.
    – Willingness to learn *MVVM architecture* and *dependency injection* concepts.
  • Preferred Skills:
    – Basic knowledge of *SQL databases* and working with data.
    – Familiarity with Visual Studio for development and debugging.
  • Soft Skills:
    – Strong willingness to learn and improve.
    – Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
    – Ability to collaborate with a team effectively.
    – Basic verbal and written communication skills.

Education

– Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

 

Working Day: Monday – Saturday
Time: 8:30am – 5:30pm
