Bohar Solutions is a dynamic outsourcing company dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist our clients with Nexa ERP, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Specialist who can provide onsite and remote assistance for Nexa ERP users. This role includes troubleshooting software and hardware issues, assisting clients with printer setup, software installations, and system configurations, as well as visiting client locations to resolve problems directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and resolve hardware & software issues related to Nexa ERP.
  • Set up and configure printers, barcode scanners, and other POS hardware.
  • Install and update ERP software, drivers, and required system applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity, system errors, and user queries.
  • Visit client locations (shops, offices) to provide onsite troubleshooting and system setup.
  • Work closely with the development team to escalate unresolved technical problems.
  • Guide users on best practices for ERP usage and hardware maintenance.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and FAQs to enhance the support process.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Experience in ERP support, IT support, or hardware troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with printer setup, software installation, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues efficiently.
  • Ability to meet clients at their shops/offices and provide onsite technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Working Day: Monday – Saturday
Time: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: Basic + Allowance + Bonus
